What is a public space and do we have any? Is it a space that is truly open to the public, for people to use as they want, or is it something we can look at from a distance.
Do Malaysian youth use these spaces? This week we hand over the recording equipment to a class of Sunway Performing Arts students. Listen in as they speak to their lecturer, Mark Teh, and groups that are creating and re-claiming spaces including Malaysian Center for Constitutionalism and Human Rights a.k.a Loyar Burok, Main Dengan Rakyat and Frinjan.
