According to a Nielsen survey, Malaysians are the fourth highest consumers of ready-to-eat meals in the world. At the same time, consumers are getting more conscious about the quality of their food. How are businesses and farmers reacting to these trends? In this episode, we explore the value chain of food in Malaysia. We go from a big supermarket in KL to farmers in Kedah.
